No. We are completely independent and vendor-agnostic. We have deep working knowledge of key market solutions such as AWS Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys, and a number of other common market vendors, and work alongside these regularly on client engagements — but we receive no referral fees, we are not resellers, and we are not enrolled in any vendor partner programme. Our only commercial obligation is to our clients.
