Our standard managed services agreements are 12 months, reflecting the onboarding investment. We’ll discuss your situation — if a shorter initial term makes sense, we can structure that.
Response SLAs depend on severity. P1 (environment down / critical impact): 15-minute response. P2 (significant degradation): 1-hour response. P3 (non-critical): next business day. All SLAs are documented in the agreement.
AWS Support gives you access to AWS’s technical resources — but it doesn’t give you a team that knows your specific environment, proactive monitoring, or someone accountable for what happens in it. Our service is complementary to AWS Support, not a replacement.
